Our goal is to provide culturally sensitive care, honoring the unique experiences and backgrounds each person brings to the therapy room. All sessions are held online, allowing you to receive support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. We serve clients across Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Colorado. Virtual EMDR therapy is as effective as in-person care, with added benefits—no commute, flexible scheduling, and often a greater sense of emotional safety. Prefer not to use insurance? Many clients choose private-pay therapy for greater privacy and flexibility. Insurance often requires a diagnosis and limits care. I provide a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Whether you’re working through childhood trauma, relationship wounds, or overwhelming life events, my goal is to walk alongside you—helping you move from survival to strength and reclaim the connection, clarity, and hope you deserve.
